Our Outpatient Behavioral Health Services provide flexible, evidence-based therapy options for individuals, families, and groups. Delivered in the clinic, community, school, or home, services include psychotherapy, crisis prevention, and wraparound supports tailored to client goals and clinical needs.

Adolescents (Age 13-26)

Teens navigating early identity development, mood instability, school-related stress, trauma, peer conflict, or emerging behavioral health needs.

Emerging Adults (Age 17-26)

Older teens and young adults in transition—from high school to adulthood—who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, academic or career stress, interpersonal challenges, or early-onset mental health concerns.

Adults (Age 27-64)

Individuals seeking support for mood disorders, trauma recovery, relationship issues, parenting stress, burnout, or life changes such as divorce, caregiving, or chronic illness.

Older Adults/Aging Adults (65+)

Seniors and older adults adjusting to aging, loss, cognitive decline, caregiver transitions, health-related stressors, or isolation.

Parents/Caregivers & Families

We offer support for individuals in caregiving roles—whether parenting teens, caring for adult children with disabilities, or managing multigenerational family dynamics.

Individuals with Co-Ocurring Conditions

Individuals with Co-Occurring Conditions, living with both mental health concerns and:

·       Chronic medical conditions

·       Substance use disorders

·       Behavioral addictions

Individuals Facing Emotional, Behavioral, or Emotional Instability 

Including individuals recently discharged from higher levels of care, or those at risk of school disruption, job loss, hospitalization, or family breakdown.

Our Care Team:

  • Chief Clinical Officer overseeing quality and outcomes

  • Clinical Administrative Assistant who support access and coordination

    • Outpatient Psychotherapists (LCMHCs, LCSWs, & LCASs)

    Flexible Scheduling Based on Your Needs:

    We offer services:

    • Up to 2x/week for acute or high-risk clients
    • Weekly or bi-weekly for ongoing treatment
    • Monthly for maintenance, relapse prevention, and wellness care
    • Sessions may be delivered: 
      • In person at one of our offices
      • At home or school (where appropriate)
      • Through secure telehealth

      Crisis Support Available: 

      Licensed clinicians are trained to respond to acute behavioral health crises through outpatient Psychotherapy for Crisis services. These short-term emergency interventions help:

      • Stabilize safety risks

      • Prevent hospitalization

      • Coordinate urgent follow-up care and crisis planning

      Available for eligible individuals based on medical necessity.
